How does it work? We have 5 steps

Social distancing is strongly encouraged and many families are making the best out of staying home. At PY Rock Elizabeth, we also did our part and created this amazing virtual program where the music instructors get connected LIVE with their students from the safety and comfort of their own homes.

As you may know, we have three locations in New Jersey, which will be re-opened when it is safe to do so. In the meantime, we are offering the same quality of lessons, but this time, in a safe virtual lesson room from the comfort of your home.

We are known for providing outstanding customer service in our three locations. The same promise of great customer service goes to our virtual lessons as well. We monitor the quality of our lessons by being present in every session and being available after lessons for questions and concerns. We always offer unconditional satisfaction guarantees; we will refund your money if you are not 100% satisfied with our virtual lessons. That is our promise! Here are the steps you need to take to start your lessons:
ONE

Download App

As a first step, download our app to your tablet, laptop or smartphone. We will walk you through the process.

TWO

Teacher starts a meeting

Your music instructor will initiate a video meeting and you will be connected to your teacher LIVE. It's technically a video call, in our secure virtual rooms.

THREE

Take lesson

Students spend 30 minutes with their music instructor interacting LIVE as if they were in the same room. All of our instructors use high quality mics and videos to ensure an amazing experience.

FOUR

Get support after lessons

We have a huge team working behind the scenes who is ready to help you with any questions or concerns. Our tech support team is available every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

FIVE

Repeat every week!

Every week at the same time you will be scheduled to get connected to your music instructor.
